• Task, note, calendar, and workspace content that you create or upload within the Service.
• Payment information, processed by our payment providers (Creem for web and desktop; RevenueCat and the relevant app store for iOS). We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Usage and device information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and interaction logs.
• Communications you send us, such as support requests.

How We Use Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including task delegation and AI agent features.

• Neon — primary database infrastructure for storing account and workspace data.
• Better Auth — authentication and session management, deployed natively on our Neon database.
• Creem — payment processing for web and desktop subscriptions.
• RevenueCat — subscription management for iOS purchases, in conjunction with the Apple App Store.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data as described in the "Your Rights" section below.
