Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Doers desktop, mobile, and web applications and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Doers ("Doers", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

Doers is a productivity and task delegation application that allows individuals and teams to manage tasks, notes, and calendars, including through AI agent features.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Account authentication is provided by Better Auth.

Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features require a paid subscription. Web and desktop subscriptions are billed and processed through Creem. iOS subscriptions are billed through RevenueCat and the Apple App Store, and are subject to Apple's terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change subscription pricing with advance notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by open-source components we release.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Doers or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as necessary to provide the Service.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers, including Neon (database infrastructure), Better Auth (authentication), Creem, and RevenueCat (payments). Your use of features involving these providers is also subject to their respective terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for other reasons described in our policies, with notice where reasonably practicable.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Governing Law
